Every number on this page is a real starting price. If your job doesn't fit one of these, tell me about it and I'll price it properly before we start. You'll always know the total before I begin.

Computer repair and IT

The everyday stuff. Same rate whether I drive to you or fix it over the internet.

$125/hr
On-site or remote, no trip charge inside the city. Jobs over an hour get a flat quote up front, so the number can't move on you. The first phone call is free, and if it's a five minute fix I'll often just tell you how to do it.

Monthly plans if you'd rather not think about it. These cover a business or a household that wants someone on call.

Care Basic, $99/mo: updates, backups, monitoring, and a monthly check-in.

Care Plus, $199/mo: everything above plus 2 hours of work each month.

Care Pro, $399/mo: everything above plus 5 hours and you go to the front of the queue.

Fixed scope and fixed price, written down before anything starts. Every one includes thirty days of fixes after launch.
