What I do

Three things, and I do all three myself.

Most people find me because something broke. A lot of them stay because I also handle the website and the posting, so they only have one person to call.

Main thing

Computer repair and IT support

I come to your house or your office and fix what's broken. Slow machines, dead machines, viruses, bad screens, lost files, Wi-Fi that won't behave, printers that won't print. For businesses I also handle networks, new computer setups, backups, email, and basic security.

If I can sort it out remotely, I will. You save the visit and I get to it faster.

Right fit if You've got no IT person, no time to drive to a shop, and you want someone who explains what happened in normal words.

$125/hr, on-site or remote. Monthly plans from $99.

What that covers

  • Diagnosing whatever it's actually doing
  • Virus and malware cleanup
  • Screens, keyboards, batteries, drives
  • Data recovery when the drive still talks
  • New computer setup and file transfer
  • Home and office networks, Wi-Fi coverage
  • Backups that get tested, not assumed
  • Email, domains, and account cleanup
  • Custom builds and upgrades
Also

Websites, built or rescued

A website that brings work in, not one that just sits there. I build new sites on Squarespace, Webflow, and WordPress, and I fix the ones that have stopped pulling their weight.

Every build works properly on a phone, gets set up for search, meets accessibility basics, and comes with thirty days of fixes after launch.

Right fit if Your site is a few years old, looks wrong on a phone, or you quietly avoid sending people to it.

From $1,200 for a landing page. $3,500 for a full site.

What that covers

  • Design and build, start to finish
  • Rescue and redesign of an existing site
  • Writing, if you'd rather not
  • Online shops
  • Booking and calendar setup
  • Search setup and analytics that make sense
  • Accessibility to WCAG AA baseline
  • Training so you can run it yourself
  • Monthly care plans if you'd rather not
And

Social media and marketing

Posting regularly is a job. If it keeps falling to the bottom of your list, I'll take it. Content plans, posts and reels, writing, replying to comments and messages, paid ads, and a monthly report in plain English instead of a screenshot of a dashboard.

Right fit if Your last post was months ago, and you know it's costing you customers.

From $850/mo.

What that covers

  • One to four platforms
  • Content calendar planned ahead
  • Posts and reels made for you
  • Captions and hashtags
  • Replying to comments and DMs
  • Paid ad management
  • Photo and video shoots on site
  • Monthly report you can actually read
Odds and ends

A few other things people ask for.

Consulting

You've outgrown your setup and you're not sure what to keep. I'll look at what you're paying for, what you're using, and what to cut.

Mentoring

One on one for people getting into web design or IT. Portfolio reviews, career questions, and the parts of the job nobody puts in a tutorial.

Teaching

Workshops for teams on the tools they already pay for. Most places use about a third of what they're licensed for.

Tell me what's going on.

Call or text and describe it however it comes out. The first conversation is free and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person for it.
