Transform 75 App Guide

Everything you need to know to set up, use, and get the most out of your 75-day transformation challenge.

Getting Started

Transform 75 is designed to be simple from the very first launch. No account creation, no lengthy onboarding — just open the app and start building discipline.

Step 1: Download & Open

Download Transform 75 from the App Store and launch it. The app is ready to use immediately — no sign-up required.

Step 2: Do Onboarding

On your first launch, you'll be prompted to answer some questions about you and your body. Be honest and specific.

Step 3: Review Your Tasks

The app comes with a default set of daily tasks: two workouts (one outdoors), drinking a gallon of water, following your chosen diet, reading 10 pages, and taking a progress photo. You can customize these to fit your challenge.

Step 4: Enable Notifications (Optional)

When prompted, allow push notifications for daily reminders. You'll get a morning motivation check-in and an evening reminder to finish any incomplete tasks, and some water reminders in-between. You can customize this anytime in Settings.

Step 5: Start Day 1

That's it… you're ready. Start checking off tasks. Your 75-day transformation begins now.

Your Daily Workflow

Transform 75 is built around a simple daily rhythm. Here's how a typical day looks.

Morning

Open the app and review your tasks for the day. All tasks reset at midnight, giving you a fresh checklist each morning. If you've enabled notifications, you'll receive a morning reminder to get started.

Throughout the Day

As you complete each task, tap it to mark it done. The app shows a clear visual indicator of your progress — you'll always know exactly how many tasks remain. Complete your workouts, drink your water, stay on your diet, and read your pages.

Evening

Take your daily progress photo using the in-app camera. Write a quick journal reflection if you'd like — even a sentence or two helps build self-awareness. Make sure every task is checked off before midnight.

Advancing to the Next Day

Once all tasks are complete, you can advance to the next day. The app will confirm if you have incomplete tasks and warn you before moving forward. Your streak counter updates automatically as you progress through the 75 days.

Important: All tasks must be completed each day to maintain your streak. If you miss even one task, the challenge resets. This is by design — the discipline is the point.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR TASKS

While Transform 75 comes with default task lists designed around proven challenge structures, you have full control to make it your own.

Default Tasks

→ Workout #1 (45 min) — Any form of exercise for at least 45 minutes

→ Outdoor Workout (45 min) — A second workout that takes place outdoors

→ Drink 1 Gallon of Water — Hydration tracking throughout the day

→ Follow Your Diet — Stick to whichever diet you've committed to, no cheat meals

→ Read 10 Pages — Read from a nonfiction or personal development book

→ Progress Photo — Take a photo to document your physical transformation

How to Customize

Open the Settings screen (gear icon) to access task customization. From here you can enable or disable individual tasks to match your personal challenge. This lets you adapt the app to different challenge variations or create your own custom 75-day program.

Tip: If this is your first time doing a structured challenge, start with the default tasks. They're designed to push you across multiple areas of discipline — fitness, nutrition, mental growth, and self-awareness — without overcomplicating things.

Heading 2] Customizing Your Tasks

While Transform 75 comes with a default task list designed around a proven challenge structure, you have full control to make it your own.

Progress Photos

One of the most powerful features of Transform 75 is the ability to visually document your transformation over 75 days.

Taking Photos

Tap the progress photo task to open the in-app camera. Take a photo and it's automatically saved to that day's record. For the best results, try to take your photo in the same location, at the same angle, and in similar lighting each day.

Photo Timeline

The photo timeline shows all your daily progress photos in chronological order. Scroll through to see your transformation unfold day by day. It's one of the most motivating views in the app — especially after the first few weeks.

Side-by-Side Comparison

Use the comparison tool to place any two days next to each other. The default view shows Day 1 versus today, but you can select any two days to compare. This is where the real impact of your consistency becomes visible.

Privacy Note: All photos are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, photos are stored in your personal iCloud account and are never accessible to us or any third party. You can delete photos at any time.

iCloud Sync

Transform 75 supports seamless synchronization across all your Apple devices using iCloud.

How It Works

When enabled, your challenge data — including task completions, progress photos, journal entries, streak count, and settings — syncs automatically through Apple's CloudKit service. Log a workout on your iPhone, and it instantly appears on your iPad.

Enabling iCloud Sync

1. Open Transform 75 and navigate to Settings.

2. Toggle the iCloud Sync switch to on.

3. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices you want to sync.

4. Ensure iCloud Drive is enabled in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.

Disabling iCloud Sync

You can turn off sync at any time in the app's Settings. When disabled, your data remains stored locally on each device. Existing synced data will stay in iCloud until you manually remove it through your device's iCloud storage settings.

Tip: If you're experiencing sync delays, make sure your device has a stable internet connection and that iCloud isn't running low on storage. Sync typically takes just a few seconds.

Notifications & Reminders

Stay on track with customizable push notification reminders that keep your challenge top of mind without being intrusive.

Default Reminders

When you enable notifications, the app sets two default reminders: a morning check-in at 8:00 AM to motivate you for the day, and an evening reminder at 7:00 PM to ensure you finish any remaining tasks.

Customizing Reminders

You can adjust reminder times in the app's Settings to match your schedule. Early riser? Move your morning reminder to 6:00 AM. Night owl? Push the evening check-in to 9:00 PM.

Turning Off Notifications

You can disable notifications at any time through the app's Settings or through your device's Settings > Notifications > Transform 75.

Daily Journal

The optional daily journal is one of the most underrated features of Transform 75. Physical transformations happen alongside mental ones — journaling helps you track both.

What to Write

There are no rules here. Your journal entries can be as short as a single sentence or as long as you want. Some ideas to get started:

→ What went well today?

→ What was the hardest part of today?

→ What am I most proud of?

→ What do I need to improve tomorrow?

→ How am I feeling mentally and physically?

Reviewing Past Entries

You can scroll through past journal entries to see how your mindset has evolved over the course of the challenge. Patterns often emerge — you'll notice what triggers good days, what makes hard days harder, and how your mental resilience grows over time.

Tip: Even writing just one sentence a day adds up. By Day 75, you'll have a complete record of your mental and emotional transformation — not just the physical one.

Pro Tips for Success

Thousands of people have taken on structured 75-day challenges. Here's what separates those who finish from those who don't.

Plan the Night Before

Before bed, look at tomorrow's schedule and decide when you'll complete each task. Having a plan removes decision fatigue and eliminates the "I'll do it later" trap.

Do the Hardest Task First

Get your outdoor workout or your most dreaded task done early. Everything after that feels like a win.

Carry Your Water

A gallon of water is a lot. Get a large water bottle and keep it with you all day. Front-load your water intake — if you're behind by evening, catching up is miserable.

Read Before Bed

Replace screen time with your 10 pages. It's a natural wind-down routine that improves sleep quality and ensures you never forget this task.

Take Photos at the Same Time

Consistency in your progress photos makes the comparison tool much more powerful. Same time, same spot, same lighting — every day.

Revisit Your "Why"

Around Day 20-30, motivation fades. This is where discipline takes over. Open your "why" statement in the app and remember what you're doing this for.

Don't Negotiate With Yourself

The moment you start thinking "maybe just one day off" is the moment the challenge is working. The discomfort is the growth. Stay the course.

This challenge isn't about perfection — it's about discipline.

Some days will be hard. Some days will feel impossible.

But every day you complete builds a version of yourself that can handle anything.
